Refread is a is an online service from Refread Solutions Pvt Ltd (referred to herein below as “RSPLâ€) and has been developed by customizing various open source technologies. Refread is a web-based digital library platform, which facilitates multiple searches across multiple sources and enables a common access point for its users.

Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on Refread, under these Terms, RSPL and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in Refread, and all such rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on Refread.
RSPL is the owner of all proprietary rights in its respective trademarks and logos, and you agree not to use such marks for any purpose without the prior written consent of RSPL

Restrictions

You are expressly and emphatically restricted from all of the following:

• selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Refread material;
• publicly performing and/or showing any Refread material;
• using Refread in any way that is, or may be, damaging to Refread;
